1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HockeyNative (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Description of Service
HockeyNative provides tools for hockey players to record, analyze, and track stickhandling performance, upload videos, and participate in rankings and leaderboards.
4. User Content & License
You retain ownership of your content. By uploading content, you grant HockeyNative a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and monetize your content for any purpose related to the App.
5. Public Display
Content you upload may be visible to other users, featured in rankings, and used in marketing or promotional materials.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content, violate laws, or misuse the App. HockeyNative may remove content or terminate accounts at its discretion.
7. Subscription & Billing
Your subscription includes a 7-day free trial when eligible. After the trial, you will be automatically charged $12.99/month unless canceled before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically. Payments are charged through your app store account and must be managed through your app store subscription settings. All payments are non-refundable.
8. Assumption of Risk
Use of HockeyNative involves physical activity. You assume all risk of injury. HockeyNative is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from use of the App.
9. No Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy or uninterrupted service.
10. Limitation of Liability
HockeyNative is not liable for any damages, including loss of data, profits, or injuries.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for any reason.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept the changes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
